On behalf of the Organising Committee, it is my great pleasure to invite you to PHARM+Excellence 2026: Transforming Vision into Action in Primary Healthcare, to be held on 31 October 2026 at Rayson Huang Theatre of The University of Hong Kong, in a hybrid format.
With the theme “Enhancing Primary Healthcare Pharmacy: Strategies for Sustainable Community Health”, this conference focuses on turning strategic policies, international best practices, and local experience into scalable, community‑centred pharmacy models across Hong Kong. We will bring together healthcare professionals, social service providers, researchers, educators, and policymakers to strengthen the role of community pharmacy in primary healthcare.
